Oberon

In this illustration, I tried to present his different characteristics in one scene. Originally, I tried to place one more character in it as another characteristic of Oberon, but the room wasn’t enough, so I gave up in the end. Interestedly, the composition of the finished illustration looks like a poker, it feels like a happy accident to me.

In order to bring out the style, similar to fairytales and children’s books, of the character illustration from the original work, during the painting process, I tried to paint it as if painting on canvas which keeping more brush strokes and selecting more natural colors.

Besides, I chose Oberon to draw because of my Patreon supporters who nominated, voted, to decide the rewards, and he was the elected character! Right now, the nomination for the next character is held until 12th.
